PRIVACY POLICY

Overview

This policy explains what information Added Innovation collects through addedinnovation.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. It does not cover the NetForum environments we host or operate for clients, which are governed by our agreements with those clients.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles or run ad targeting.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, your association, your phone number, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. When you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring site.

Anti-spam. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When you submit the form, Google receives information about your device and browsing behavior to determine whether the submission is automated. This is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.

How we use information

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to provide the services you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use analytics and server logs to keep the site working, understand which pages are useful, and identify problems.

We do not use your contact details for marketing unless you ask us to. There is no mailing list attached to this form.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the site run:

• Google, for Analytics and reCAPTCHA
• our web host, which stores the site and its server logs
• our email provider, which delivers and stores form submissions and correspondence

Each of these acts on our behalf. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need them for the inquiry and any resulting work, and then delete them. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s default schedule. Server logs are kept on our host’s standard rotation.

Cookies and your choices

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@addedinnovation.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law. Contact us and we will honor them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
